The system uses Dow FilmTec RO membranes installed in durable FRP pressure vessels, supported by a Grundfos high-pressure pump for consistent operating pressure. Before the RO stage, a PP sediment pre-filter helps reduce suspended particles and protect the membrane system from unnecessary fouling.

For convenient operation and monitoring, the Aqua Pro RO plant is equipped with separate pure water and drain flow meters, along with low-pressure and high-pressure valves. The RO frame is constructed using stainless-steel welding, while the high-pressure section features SUS304 construction. The low-pressure side uses SCH #80 UPVC piping, providing a robust configuration for water treatment applications.
