A key advantage of the system is its practical cartridge arrangement. The complete cartridge assembly can be removed together, making routine cleaning, inspection and cartridge replacement faster and more convenient. The unit is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from 1°C to 50°C.
Its integrated design combines cyclonic separation and cartridge filtration within a single housing. Water enters through a tangential inlet, creating a rotational flow pattern before passing through the filter cartridges. This configuration helps improve particle separation and promotes more effective utilization of the filtration media.
The up-flow configuration is designed to reduce the possibility of trapped air inside the housing. Rotational water movement around the cartridges also creates movement across the pleated filter media, supporting improved dirt-loading performance and efficient filtration.
For durability and a clean professional finish, the SS304 stainless steel housing is electro-polished. A secure, fail-safe lid closure provides additional operational protection, with the housing rated for pressures of up to 150 PSI.
